This set I created for the first fashion show I ever participated in. It was for an anniversary function for the Second Chances Foundation. We were given 10 lbs of random clothing from Garment District, and from that we were to completely deconstruct and reconstruct a complete new outfit. All notions were to be taken from our used clothing. After going through my loot I came across an old prom dress and a blazer. I used the blazer to create the corset, using boning from what I assumed to be a dance costume, I then tore apart the prom dress and used the overlay and underlay interchangeably to panel the navy and burgundy colors. The result was something I am extremely proud of to this day.
